It is believed that this is because omega-3 improves blood flow to muscles, increasing the benefits of exercise and helping you to burn off more calories.

Eating more frequently

Eating more frequently could help you keep off the kilograms, rather than skipping meals would. While eating too much food may cause you to gain weight, eating too little can also make it difficult to lose weight. As your body has a natural instinct to protect itself, it will automatically go into starvation mode if it is not given sufficient fuel. This will cause your metabolism to slow down and your body to hoard fat and calories.
