Yes, you read correctly. Be stubborn about sticking to your exercise regime and guard that time for just you and working out – guard it, with everything you’ve got. Don’t get distracted or sidelined with other unimportant things that won’t help your health or drop you a dress size. Stay focused and determined because you are worth it, and so is your body!

Try scheduling exercise time, to the time that suits you the best, whether it's early morning, during your lunch hour or in the evening. You can work out daily or on specific days of the week, obviously accounting for the variation in duration.  Make up your mind and stick to it – be stubborn! And don’t forget to include some aerobic as well as cardiovascular exercises into your regime.
