It seems that comfortable clothes such as jeans or sport shirts, not forgetting soft-soled shoes make us want to move more as opposed to suits, tight skirts and high heels, which may sometimes constrict our movement. You don't, however, have to limit yourself to wearing these clothes on casual days. Wear what you’re relaxed in, what makes you feel good and what won’t compromise your physical movement.
