Whether youâre a man or a woman, the frustration of being hungry doesnât leave us very happy or content.
So what do you do when youâre feeling hungry and didnât carry any meals or food with you?
Most of us tend to reach out for a chocolate bar or a bag of chips, while others may head directly to the nearest take away restaurant! Sound familiar?
Try drinking some water as often enough, we mistaken hunger for thirst. You may feel much better afterwards and this may buy you some time to get something healthy to eat, before your hunger strikes again â this time for solid food!
Next time youâre leaving the house â be sure to take some healthy snacks with you. Fruits or even nuts and raisins make an excellent choice. They are easy to carry in your bag and require minimal preparation.
