What better and easier way to lose stomach fat than to engage in some form of exercise every day?
Exercise not only offers your body a whole host of health benefits, but it also burns calories which will help you lose the excess stomach fat.
Cardiovascular exercise
According to Ehow, the American College of Sports Medicine recommends that adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity cardiovascular exercise each week.

Resistance training
The American College of Sports Medicine also suggests that adults train with weights two to three days each week, using a variety of equipment. They say that resistance training will increase lean muscle mass and give your metabolism a boost. You can find weight equipment at your local gym and chat to a fitness instructor on which weights to start with, etc.
