Reader’s Digest suggests trying out the following simple exercise, to help you burn some calories and help sculpt your quadriceps.
1.    After lunch (or any meal!), remain sitting at the table.
2.    Extend one leg out and slowly move it up and down, squeezing and holding in the up position for at least five seconds.

3.    Repeat this on each leg for about five times.
This exercise will help you burn approximately 10 calories.
