If junk food was a source of pleasure for you, how do you now cope since adopting a weight loss plan?
Whether you are completely avoiding junk food or have cut down drastically, missing your source of pleasure could possibly leave you feeling moody, irritable and maybe even demotivated.
So what do you do?
Dr Oz suggests that you try and reconnect with other things that you enjoy. This could be things like music, sports, volunteer work or even going to the movies with a friend.
Just don’t allow yourself to be thrown off the bandwagon. You could even join an exercise group and make new friends at the same time. Find fun and pleasure in something other than junk food and you will look slimmer and trimmer before you know it!
