Although it is not always possible, you should still try and have a plan of the meals that you will consume.


For example, if you know you are going to be running errands for most of the day then prepare a healthy lunch in advance and take it with you. Sandwiches are a convenient and easy option to both prepare, carry with you as well as consume.


Filling up your water bottle before you leave is also a great idea as this will prevent you from purchasing beverages that are high in sugar. Water has been known to be great for weight loss too!
