Do fat-free snacks prevent weight gain?

Low fat products

She adds that sometimes selecting products that were low in fat may have a similar effect. In a study, average and overweight participants were both given food that was labelled as ‘low in fat’. Results of the study revealed that the average weight participants consumed 22 percent more calories while the overweight participants consumed up to 50 percent more.

Healthy weight loss

Try and opt for more healthy and whole foods if you want to lose some weight. Fruits, vegetables and foods that are high in fibre aid weight loss, so try avoiding the highly processed and refined snacks and meals.
