Goldie Hawn flaunted her famous slim figure in The Good Wive's Club and today at 67, she still has an incredible, rocking body.

She exercises four times a week – even if she only has 15 minutes to spare, and focuses on things that she enjoys, such as yoga, Pilates, and hiking.

Although she isn't a vegetarian, she sticks to eating a lot of greens. She eats healthy and believes that eating in moderation is the key to staying young.

A positive attitude

Goldie is known for her sunny disposition – both on-screen and off-screen. “'I am compelled to continuously see the bright side. It is in my DNA. My kids look at me and say: ‘Mom, you’re so happy!’ And I do feel happy. I feel joyful, inside. I can’t explain it.”

To live a balanced happy and healthy lifestyle, she also incorporates meditation into her life every day.
