Give your helper a day off and burn calories

Make a list

Make a list of all the things that your helper does. This may include tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, etc.

Set a time limit

Give yourself a time limit for each task that you are to perform. For example, set five to 10 minutes each for every room that you have to vacuum, or more/less depending on the size of the room. Also take into account the additional time it would take if items need to be moved about. Set a fair target.

Take a break when necessary

Be sure to take a break when you feel it is necessary, otherwise you may get demotivated and give up very soon.

Hydrate and eat healthy snacks

Remember to eat healthy snacks and hydrate regularly.

Play your favourite music whilst doing work around the house or listen to motivational tapes. Do what works for you and enjoy burning calories!
