  1. Peel and dice an apple or a pear.

  2. Add cubes to a mug or a small bowl.

  4. Heat in the microwave for +/- one minute.

  5. Add a dollop of low-fat plain yoghurt, drizzle with some honey, and add a few nuts for texture on top.

  6. Eat immediately!
