It's hard to believe that American model and actress, Cindy Crawford, is 48 years old. But, like us, she also struggles with motivation.

Her motto is that she tries to be 80 per cent good, 80 per cent of the time.

Eating habits

Cindy made the switch to brown rice and doesn't enjoy eating white bread or pasta because of how it makes her feel. She often uses the grill to cook chicken and fish for her family.

When she craves something sweet, she normally opts for some dark chocolate. And she almost always drinks a glass of water first to see if she's really hungry.

Fitness habits

When people ask her how she finds the time to work out, Cindy says she doesn't – she makes the time, even if she only gets in a few squats in her hotel room when she's travelling.

Cindy often mixes up her fitness routine to stay motivated and not get bored. Two of her favourite ways to exercise are going for hikes and riding bikes with her husband and two children.
