Don't throw in the towel

When that overwhelming urge to quit losing weight hits, don't throw in the towel and forget about all the hard work you've put in.

Ride the wave

You're going to have highs and lows – just like a wave. The important thing to remember is that the lows aren't forever.

They are there to help you stay focused and remember the journey you're on.

When things get tough

The next time you’re feeling low, or that you want to give up on your weight loss journey, think about a good day and how that made you feel.

A day when you ate healthy food, or managed a fantastic workout. Or even a day when you climbed the stairs and said no to that cupcake at the office.

Celebrate how far you've come. Own the bad days – they're going to happen. Keep your head up and get back in the saddle the next day.
