Weighing yourself on Monday morning could make you feel demotivated about the progress you've made.
Midway through the week is a great day to check in and weigh yourself. A couple of days have passed since the weekend, and you're halfway to the next one.
This should keep you motivated to stick to your healthy eating habits for the rest of the week.
