Exercises you can do with your dog

You don't have to stick to regular walking; add a few jogging intervals or some hills into your daily routine.

For more active dogs (this also depends on breed), try rollerblading, bike riding or skateboarding with your dog to keep your exercise routine fresh and fun.

There are thousands of dogs dumped at animal shelters, or rescued from abusive or neglectful homes every day.
