You can challenge yourself by maybe calling some friends and inviting them over in an hour and a half or so – thus creating a time frame in which to have to accomplish a certain number of tasks. This will help you to keep up the fast pace and get more active.

If you are providing a meal, this could increase the number of jobs for you to complete. For example if you are having a braai, you would need to have the braai area ready – carry out the chairs, set the cutlery, etc.

Try not to ask anyone to help you, unless you cannot perform a task without another person. After all you are the one trying to shed kilograms, not the other person!
