First decide what colour you would like your house or a specific room to be. Then go out to the shopping mall and purchase the paint and utensils yourself. Remember not to park too close to the mall entrance so that you will have to walk a short distance first. Also try to carry the items that you have bought by yourself, instead of using a trolley, as this will help to maximize the number of calories that you will burn.

Work with someone

Painting with company could be loads of fun and may be a great help as well, especially if you have a large surface area to cover. It is important not to overwork and strain yourself in an attempt to burn calories and lose weight as this may injure you and leave you demotivated to engage in a workout again!
