If you do, then it may be possible that you could be lacking a sufficient amount of natural sweetness that can be attained from fruit.

So try to include more fruit in your daily diet. You could opt to choose a variety of fruits so that you do not get tired of eating the same fruit every day. In addition, try to consume fruits of different colours as they may contain different pigments and minerals which may be good for your body.

For example, have an apple, some grapes and a peach on Monday, or a banana, some slices of pineapple and a pear on Tuesday, etc. Alternatively, enjoy a fruit salad!

Dried fruit may also be an option for you, especially on the days that you are unable to get to the supermarket easily. However, be sure not to buy the ones that are coated with refined sugar.

You could enjoy fruits as a snack, include them in your breakfast muesli or even have them as part of your dessert. You could even do all three!
