Include exercise in your lunch break

You may often find that you do not really spend the whole duration of your lunch break eating and drinking food or beverages. Thus, this may be the ideal opportunity for you to burn some calories, instead of just piling them on!

Try splitting your break in half or a proportion that suits you and use one part for consuming healthy foods and the other for burning calories. There are numerous things that you can do in this time to help you to burn some calories.

Take a walk, jog or even get a few friends together and play a sport. You could also perform stretches or engage in some simple aerobic exercises, if you do not work for a company that has the added benefit of a staff gym.

The more calories you burn, the quicker you will see weight loss results. So grab the opportunity and use it to your benefit – and enjoy the new slimmer you!
