1. Eat mostly foods that are/were recently alive

Most people are aware that processed foods are not as healthy as unprocessed foods. But how do you tell which is which? The easiest way is to ask yourself: 'Is, or was, this product ever ALIVE?' Whether it's meat, plant, or an animal by-product (milk, eggs, cheese) you should be able to answer 'Yes'.

That bottle of fizzy, sugar-free soda? That would be, 'No'.
