Women are usually terrified of the one section of the gym that holds the key to their body transformation.

It's the area where the 'big boys' train. They grunt, sweat, bang weights on the floor...it's all so intimidating.

But there's one thing you'll notice there...ALL of the best bodies in the gym are in this one place, right? So, if you want to be like them, you better get among them...you will have to venture into the WEIGHTS AREA.

But what should you do when you get there?

Well, here's the secret - you need to do exercises that train the largest muscle groups in your body.

Doesn't it make sense that it's more effective to train larger muscles than smaller ones? These 'compound' exercises force your body to adapt to the stress of exercise by secreting hormones and using nutrients far more effectively than bosu ball crunches or biceps curls with little pink dumbells.
