Looking for a way to turn last night's dinner into today's lunch? Looking for a way to make a chick pea or chicken salad 'different'? Wrap it up.

Tortilla wraps are a great staple to have in the house [Tweet this] as they are pretty healthy, tasty and provide a useful way of making a possibly dull meal more exciting. They also function great as a picnic meal, because you can wrap your salad, and avoid having to use or remember to pack cutlery.

You can put anything in a wrap (except soup!):

Salad, veggies, meat, cheese, nuts or all of the above. Just remember that a wrap is a meal. Your ingredient ratios inside the wrap need to be the same as how you would divide your plate of food at any other meal time.

A wrap with steak and cheese in it is NOT a complete meal - no veggies, no meal.

Also note that one wrap per person is enough for ANYONE. Even grown men don't need two. If he wants more food, give him one wrap and put extra veg or salad on the side. Two wraps is too many.
