Exercise tips for weight loss: Hate cardio? Get classy!

If you're one of the many people who knows you should do some form of cardiovascular based exercise, but just CAN'T bring yourself to get your running shoes on in the morning to actually do it, then here is THE tip for you.

Find a gym that offers hybrid cardio-weights or mixed martial arts cardio classes and sign up. Doing cardio in a class is much more fun, it's challenging as heck, and you'll do WAY more work, because the presence of other people doing the workout will bring out your competitive side and you'll keep going longer than you usually would.

Whether it's a private gym, Crossfit (make sure you get trained in the movements by a qualified coach) or an MMA gym (my favourite, as you get exercise AND learn some self-defence basics too) you need to just join up and get working.

You'll see results in your fitness and weight loss in no time.
