Well, why not offer to do someone’s work for them for a day to see what it feels like? Of course, jobs that require physical activity are what you should be looking out for as these are the ones that help you burn calories for most of the day!

For example, a delivery man/woman may be required to carry heavy items (some big, others small) quite regularly, a street sweeper engages in physical activity for most of the day and a person who washes cars performs various physical movements such as wiping, bending, stretching, etc.

Where possible, ask them if you could assist them or perhaps do their job for them for a day (with necessary permission granted off course!). You may be amazed at just how many calories you are able to burn. Remember to keep yourself hydrated too!
