Breakfast. This article is about breakfast right?
Well, sort of.
It's more about letting you know that there really is no meal that is more important than any other. If you want to be healthy, lean and energetic for the rest of your life you need to make every meal the most important one.
Every decision you make regarding what you will, or will not, put in your mouth is part of the big picture of what your life will look like weeks, months and years from now.
But it’s more about making healthy decisions at the beginning of the day - giving yourself a much higher likelihood of making good choices for the rest of the day. That's IMPORTANT. Breakfast in itself is not THE most important meal of the day.
The problem with statements like 'breakfast is the most important meal of the day' for people on a weight loss plan is that this indicates that lunch and dinner are not AS important and that maybe it's not so crucial to make the healthy choice because you had a healthy breakfast.
EVERY CHOICE YOU MAKE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE at that moment. And a string of good choices will see you make great progress.
