Drink less wine to reduce your calorie intake

Here are three ways in which you can reduce your calorie intake when it comes to wine:

Use smaller glasses

If you have large wine glasses at home and use them daily, then consider purchasing some smaller sized ones instead. You will be amazed at how much less you will drink when using smaller glasses. This means taking in lesser calories than before!

Don’t refrigerate wine

Some people agree that wine tastes better when chilled, especially after a hard day of work. Are you one of them? Well, if you agree then try keeping your bottle of wine on the shelf. This would mean that you would have to chill it on arriving home, which may require a little effort on your part. You may end up skipping that glass of wine and thus cut down on the calories.

Omit wine completely

Consider giving up the wine for a glass of sparkling water instead! Add thin slices of lemon or cucumber and a few ice cubes to your glass. Enjoying this beverage will definitely help reduce your daily calorie count.
