Try the following routine if you need to get some calories burning for the day. Note that it is important to wear comfortable clothing and shoes when exercising in order to prevent possible injury.
Start by jogging for approximately 10 minutes. After jogging, use the next 30 seconds to perform jumping jacks. Then engage in fast on-the-spot running (for about one minute) followed by walking lunges for about 20 metres and then go back to where you started from.
Thereafter, take a one-minute break. After the break, perform another two sets of the above routine beginning with the jumping jacks. Allow yourself to cool down with a five-minute jog at the end.
