Dress for exercise and start losing calories

Some people feel that it is too much of an effort to get into an exercise routine. Apart from finding the time to work out, they are also required to dress comfortably and appropriately.

If you are planning to start working out, then simply consider dressing suitably in advance if this is possible. For example, if you are planning to go for a run after shopping or running errands during the weekend, then perhaps wear your running gear before heading off to the shops. This will limit the chances of you forgetting to exercise or finding the prospect of changing your set of clothes too cumbersome.

Similarly, you could carry your exercise attire in a bag and keep it in your car so that you can head directly to the gym after work, instead of returning home for a change of clothes. Distractions often hold many people back from burning those calories – don’t allow this to happen to you!
