Weight loss can be achieved by exercising and following a healthy diet. This includes eliminating junk foods, eating healthy snacks, consuming mostly fresh fruits and vegetables, consuming whole grains and beans, and a little animal produce - like lean meat instead of fatty cuts, etc.
One of the ways to ensure that you include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet, is to make shakes. Select a few of your favourite fruits and blend them together until it resembles the consistency that you prefer. You can opt to drink it with a straw or perhaps use a spoon if you prefer a more chunky consistency.
Similarly, you can do the same using your favourite vegetables. Consider using a different variety of fruits and vegetables each time you prepare shakes. You may enjoy trying out the different taste combinations whilst getting in an excellent dose of nutrients at the same time.
