The weird thing about 2% milk is that is has the same amount of dairy sugar and more than half of the fat of full-fat milk, so you're not saving nearly as many calories as you think you are.
If you think you need to drink milk, go for the real thing (full-fat). My recommendation? Stop drinking milk. If you can't bear the thought of black coffee get some oat, rice or almond milk – unsweetened of course.
