Well, you can have one of these seven treats every day without feeling guilty. Just make sure you get the portion size correct and savour it.

1. Four blocks of dark chocolate

Yes! Chocolate! You can have chocolate! Dark chocolate to be exact. And it must be 70% cocoa or more. Have three or four blocks and make it last. It'll satisfy your sweet craving and not break the calorie bank either.

2. Ants on a log

Take two sticks of celery, put some natural peanut butter on top. Now put a few raisins in the peanut butter so it looks like some ‘ants on a log’. A sweet, tasty treat with no added sugar and a bit of protein too.
