But according to new data from GrubHub, an online food-ordering service, by next Monday, February 2, it could get a lot harder for you to snub your nose at your unhealthy food faves. 

That's when GrubHub's database of orders shows that people start going for unhealthy options again—and also when fried food consumption spikes. Sorry, salads. 

Although that stat is discouraging, it's not exactly breaking news that resolutions to lose weight often fall flat.  On the flipside, it’s nice to know when to be on guard against temptation so you can make an even greater effort to maintain your healthy-eating habits.
