Biggest Losers Rachel Frederickson: Im at My Perfect Weight

When Rachel Frederickson first won The Biggest Loser back in February, she had dropped 60 percent of her body weight—going from 260 pounds down to 105. Two months later, Rachel has gained 20 pounds back—and she says she couldn't be happier about it. "I think I'm at my perfect weight!" the 24-year-old star recently told Us Weekly.

Rachel was competing on a wildly famous show, and there was a hefty paycheck on the line—but at the end of the day, she says the extreme measures she went to in order to drop pounds simply weren't sustainable.

The healthier way to slim down—particularly if you're not in the running for a cash prize? Making lifestyle changes that will last for the long haul. That's what Rachel's doing now—she's all about trying her best to be healthy, but not being so extreme about everything: "I work out an hour, six days a week," she told Us Weekly. "I also love classes like SoulCycle. … I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world."

Kudos to Rachel for taking a realistic approach to weight-loss maintenance. If you, too, have recently reached your goal weight, find out how you should change your strategy to keep the pounds off.
