Do you like milkshakes and smoothies? Yes we know they’re delicious but an unhealthy milkshake with ice-cream thrown could really start the calorie counter alarms ringing. Try this apple and pineapple smoothie which is not only immensely healthy but tastes great as well.
Half an apple
2 slices of pineapple
3-4 cubes of ice
Chop the apple, pineapple and dates into medium size pieces
Add all chopped fruits and ice into a blender, blend until it forms a smooth consistency
Garnish with finely chopped apples and pineapple
