Healthy recipes: Grapes and walnut dip

If you’ve guests coming over and want to create a healthy yet tasty dip without using any fattening ingredients here’s your answer. Incidentally, the main ingredients – grapes and walnuts – are of immense nutritional value. 

Ingredients:

  1. Hung curd
  2. Finely chopped grapes
  3. Green chillies (to taste)
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Crushed walnut
  7. 1 tsp celery stick (Ajmud , shalari )finely chopped

Method:

  • Add chopped grapes, green chillies, celery and hung curd.
  • Add salt and pepper to the mixture and mix well
  • Chill for an hour and serve with snacks of your choice
