Triphala or triphala churana is a brown coloured powder that is made from three main components — amla (Indian gooseberry), harad and baheda. Not only does triphla help treat constipation, improve digestion, speeds up metabolism, improves eyesight, detoxifies the body and strengthens the immune system.
