While adding a few peppercorns to two betel leaves and chewing it once a day is a great weight loss tool, you can also add a spoon of pepper powder to a glass of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey. Here’s how pepper and betel leaves can help you lose weight.

All you have to do is mix the juice of half a lemon in a glass of warm water, add a spoon of black pepper powder and honey  (as per your taste) to it. Now mix it well and have it on an empty stomach.

When and how often should you drink this mix?

Drink this mixture once a day, on an empty stomach. Early in the morning is the perfect time to consume this drink, but if you are a late riser, drinking it as soon as you wake up also works.
