15 yoga poses to a beautiful bride!

  • Bujangasana or cobra pose will help sculpt your core so that you look confident in your wedding day pictures.
  • Adho mukho svanasana or downward facing dog pose will stretch and tone your back and shoulders while toning your hamstrings and calves.
  • Vasishthasana or sage pose and ardha navasana or half boat pose will work on your oblique muscles and help trim your waist.
  • Makara adho mukho svanasana or plank pose is excellent to tone your arms and say goodbye to your belly bulge.

Try to practice all these postures 3-4 times a week to get the desired results.

  • Inverted poses like sirsasana or headstand and sarvangasana or shoulder stand will improve the blood flow to your face nourishing your skin.
  • Bow pose or dhanurasana helps release toxins from the body and also clears your skin from acne and breakouts by releasing stress from your body.
  • Hastapadotasana or standing forward bend can give an instant glow to your skin by improving the blood flow.
  • Matsyasana or fish pose can be great to bring that natural glow to your skin and help beat anxiety and stress.

Perform these asanas in a series 3-4 times a week and make sure that you hold each of these postures for 20-25 seconds before you get to the next pose.

  • Suptavirasana or reclined hero pose will give your entire body a great stretch. It is calming and relaxing for your whole system.
  • Shavasana or corpse pose is great for relaxing your whole body, something that you are craving as a bride-to-be.

First go slow with the yoga poses and then you can pick up once you are comfortable getting into the asanas.
