Are You Starving Yourself To Death? Eat All You Want... Lose All That Weight!

Ask yourself this important question. Who do you know that was once overweight, lost a ton of pounds, tossed themselves into size 4 dresses, and is now right back where they started? That's right! Each and every one of those people you thought of took it off, then put it right back on, and probably did it in record time...the putting it on pounds I mean.

Want to know the real truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the genuine live honest to goodness truth about what those folks did to their bodies and inner consciousness? Well I have just four short words for you... Dieting...it doesn't work! It has never worked, it never will work, and there is no pill, invention, and medicine man on this planet that can get someone to control food and drink consumption, without a negative effect occurring.

Merriam Webster defines the word diet as a 1 a: food and drink regularly provided or consumed b: habitual nourishment c: the kind and amount of food prescribed for a person or animal for a special reason d: a regimen of eating and drinking sparingly so as to reduce one's weight going on a diet 2: something provided or experienced repeatedly. I find d kind of almost ironic in a way... "To eat and drink sparingly"... This is exactly what I am talking about people... Ask yourself; are you really thinking you can "cut back" on the amount of food and drinking you are used to for any length of time? Is shedding a few extra pounds as important as going without a meal or tow a week? What about a day? Not at my house! Not no, not never, no way Jose!!!

In order for us to stop the social aspects of focusing in on starving the body of calories or carbs to achieve the results...we have to get deep at the source of the problems surrounding us daily. We should start creating a simple way for people to be taught about the most up-to-date dieting and weight loss information available on the market today, and create accountability once and for all.

Focus on giving yourself a NON-starvation type of weight loss program. Avoid the word diet in your translation of what you are doing to improve your situation, and stop the focus on starving your body of calories or carbs - because, as I'll repeat myself..."starvation diets will not work for long periods of time". You will only make yourself miserable, feel a sense of lack, which over time will result in leaving you feeling weak and lethargic all day long.
I have faith in presenting straightforward and correct dietary information. You have to include a certain amount of exercise into your daily routine, even if it's walking 10-20 minutes a day, which over time, will get you the body you deserve, without starvation as a means to an end.
