Using drugs of any king as part of a fitness and weight loss program is another temporary fix. Stimulants will dull your apatite and increase the number of calories your body burns but eventually even they stop working. Fitness and drugs just don't mix. You can achieve some weight loss with them but once again when you stop using them, your bodies reaction is to gain the weight right back on.

So for fitness and weight loss there is just no way around it. You must exercise and burn some calories and you must limit your caloric intake. Cut out the fat and eat foods that contain fiber. Fiber in your diet helps your digestive system move the food you eat through it. On a low fiber diet the food you eat stays in your system longer. Eat more vegetables and unprocessed foods.

In order to improve your overall physical fitness you must exercise. Exercise helps with your weight loss program also. The more you exercise, the more muscle you build. The more muscle you have the more calories your body burns. A treadmill in your house can help with fitness and it will also help with the weight loss. Make exercise and eating right the back bone of your personal fitness and weight loss program.
