How to Burn Fat in the Stubborn Areas?

Do you want to stay fit and healthy to get a great body shape? If yes, then this article is definitely for you. Developing a lean, flat stomach takes time and patience especially when it comes to those last few pounds in those hard to lose places. The love handles and lower abs can be two of the most stubborn and exercise resistant areas from which to lose fat. In fact it can sometimes seem so hard to reduce those spots that many people became frustrated and resort to dangerous drugs, diet or liposuction.

There is only one way to burn fat in the stubborn areas and that is with the correct combination of proper diet, cardiovascular exercise, abdominal training and weight training. The first thing one need to realize is that it is impossible to spot reduces fat from one specific part of the body. Achieving a toned tummy and being able to actually see that muscle tone is to get rid of the layer of body fat covering one’s abs.

It doesn’t matter how many crunches one does or what a new machine one uses. If a person doesn’t reduce his body fat, he will never see those strong toned abs.

Contrary to popular belief the best way to burn the layer of flab from one’s mid-section is not to do more abdominal exercise but to do more right kind of cardiovascular exercises. Even if one is doing cardio everyday without a good diet he still won’t see results. Fat loss is a 50% exercise and 50% nutrition combination. Regardless of how much a person works out, if the number of calories he takes in is greater that the amount he burns, he will still put on weight.
