A newer program option offered through Weight Watchers is the Momentum Plan. Weight Watchers Momentum teaches you how to use foods that are more filling to keep your hunger under control. There are guidelines to the Momentum program that include eating five servings of fruits and veggies daily, two servings of milk products, six glasses of liquids, one to two servings of healthy protein, a multivitamin and 30 minutes of daily activity as well as some other guidelines. The Momentum portion of the plan does take a little more discipline, but is available for those that prefer it to the Flex plan.

Many people love the fact that when using the Weight Watchers program, they don't have to limit eating any certain food, but simply watch how much they are eating. The main reason so many diets don't produce results is because they demand drastic and immediate lifestyle changes that most dieters are not ready for.
