Sometimes when we feel hungry whole day, our body is actually thirsty at that time, that means need something to drink only so we can avoid that by having something liquid rather then the food.

Drinking more amount of water can make to remove hunger and keep free from overeating. Thus it helps us to lose fat from various parts at the same time. There are many reasons to drink water sometimes looking face glowing. If you're a woman who is in the period of pregnancy or others who are experiencing menopause, there could be many of the skin as well as other problems so to drink up more water under consideration. Here are some exercises are given that help in reducing fat from face effectively:

1. Constantly have a natural smile as often as you can. Execute it with smiling with your lips closed or opened.

2. Try to touch your nose with your upper lip by moving it upwards. By doing so you are actually elevating your lips corner and keeping cheeks up to your eyes. Perform this entire position for 10 seconds and then come to relax position. Repeat this procedure.

3. Perform a high smile in front of the mirror. Smile as much you can after closing eyes; try to touch both the ears your mouth properly. Remain in this position for 8 to 10 seconds and then come to relax position. Repeat this procedure if you can.

4. Close your lips and do a natural smile. Then suck both your cheeks as in doing the fish face. Hold this position for 5 to 8 seconds and relax. Repeat this procedure 5 times.

5. Begin with closed mouth and eyes. Puff your right cheek for some time, be in this position for 8 to 10 seconds and then come to the relax state. Do repeat the same for the left cheek. Try to repeat this procedure many times as you can for each side of the cheek.

6. Curl your lower lips inward and stand it over your bottom teeth. Open your mouth wide as you can and then move your jaw some but in up down position. Keep on doing this motion for maximum time that you can tolerate and then come to same relax state.
