Why Cant You Lose Weight - Even Though I Am Eating Less Calories?

So you cannot lose weight and are currently on a calorie control diet and you are seeing an almost identical person losing weight and you are not and you are eating fewer calories and you know your friend is eating more calories than you. Whilst this is particular unfair it shows the problem with Calorie control diets which doesn't deal with the fact that all our bodies are different.

One of the reasons why you can't lose weight and other people can is there metabolism is better at burning fat. This could be just part of god's chemistry or more likely they are eating foods more suited to burning weight than you are.

First lets look at foods that do you no favours these include orange juice, pastas, cereals, all breads, yogurts, cream and cheese. In essence all dairy and wheat products and a few others to boot. There are some exceptions to this with eggs and butter being the most notable exceptions. So why are these foods bad for you from a point of view of losing weight? The reality is overall these foods aren't that good for you anyway but the major reason is that these foods turn into sugar inside your body and sugar stops the body burning body fat. It's that simple.

Now lets look at food that help you burn body fat which include meats, poultry, fish, vegetables, fruit, eggs and even luxuries like smoked salmon. So as you can see you eat very well. The other beauty about this approach is you don't have to eat less you just have to eat differently. So you can still have a juicy hamburger without the bun or some wonderful fresh salmon.

These are some of the reason why you can't lose weight and other people can so why don't you make a decision to make some real positive change and look to change the way you eat but do it today.
