African Mango Extract Doesnt Work!

African mango extract is one of the hottest things to come along in the weight loss realm in a long time. Literally tens of thousands of people are using it. Why would anyone say it doesn't work? Is it a gigantic scam being perpetrated on gullible consumers?

What African Mango Extract Is

- irvingia gabonensis is an edible fruit from the rainforests of western Cameroon
- has been eaten by the local inhabitants for hundreds of years
- the nuts of the fruit have been used locally to treat a variety of illnesses, including yellow fever
- also used to increase energy and decrease fatigue
- weight loss supplement (probably most important to you)

What African Mango Extract Is Not

- a "magic pill" or "silver bullet" that will cause your excess weight to fall away

If you take this weight loss supplement but continue to be a couch potato, packing away those Domino's double meat pizzas, washed down with several brews and expect to lose any measurable amount of weight, I'm here to tell you, "It ain't gonna happen!" What will happen is that your body won't be lighter but your wallet will be because of the money you spent on the diet pills, and you'll end up frustrated, maybe even becoming one of those people who rant on forums, "This product doesn't work!"

In a clinical trial involving 102 overweight people, half were given 150 mg of African mango extract twice daily before meals and the other half were given a placebo. The trial lasted for ten weeks. At the end of the trial, those taking the supplement lost an average of 28 pounds while those taking the placebo lost only 3 pounds. It's important to note that the participants didn't alter their diets; they didn't decrease their food intake - nor did they increase their food intake.

How does it Work?

- It increases your metabolism. This helps you burn more calories.
- It helps to detoxify the body. Your body accumulates toxins over time, and ridding your body of them promotes better health and allows your body to function more efficiently.
- Boosts your energy level.
- Decrease fatigue level. Helps you feel less tired, and less stressed.

It works, but it doesn't work without your help. If you take this supplement and don't change your diet, you will lose weight, but it will be slow. If you're okay with that, then fine. However, part of a good weight loss plan is to sensibly reduce your caloric intake. You should also plan on getting some exercise to help speed up your metabolism. If you do these things and also this supplement, then you will notice a quicker weight loss than if you had not taken the supplement.

Does African mango extract work? Yes it does, but it doesn't work by itself. It is an aid to weight loss. You are the main component in your weight loss success, but this supplement can be a great help in achieving your weight loss goals.
