Statistics About Being Overweight

70% of the entire country of the United States of America is overweight...this is over 212 Million people. The rest of the world is fairly close, coming in at around 60% of people being overweight. You may not be obese, but you are likely part of the overweight category. Those numbers still are growing, because people eat wrong. It doesn't mean you have to quit eating, it means you have to control what you eat. You know why United States of America is in the first place in overweight category? Because of fast food development. Fast food restaurants grow up so fast that they are almost on each street corner. Mostly people are to busy to eat something healthy and good, that's why they use those fast food restaurants, where 90% food is with calories. They hope that they will lose weight with exercises, but after exercises they continue eat. Exercises mostly are to get muscles growing, they target on that and forget on weight loss.

Why isn't everyone at least trying to lose weight?

Well, that is the problem. You, like most people have tried one, two (or maybe even more) diets before. Most diets simply do not work because they are burst diets. They help you lose a few pounds in a couple of weeks...and then BAM, the weight comes back on. What's the problem? You have to find the appropriate program for you. And the best way to start is trough research and those programs which mostly people use and succeed. Research your way.
