Get Moving and Eliminate Cellulite

If you have cellulite and you want to know how you can eliminate cellulite, then there are a few major issues that should be brought to your attention. If you want to eliminate cellulite then one of the first things you need to do is exercise. This is because cellulite occurs when there are fatty deposits underneath the skin which results in causing the surface of the skin to dimple and look lumpy.

There are a few exercises in particular which will help you to eliminate cellulite. For the first you want to bring your knees forward, with your hips at a 90 degree angle. Then you want to straighten out your top leg in front of you, and uphold the 90 degree hip placement. Then you want to life the top leg slowly up until it is about 3 feet off the ground and then lower.

The next exercise involves you straightening your legs, with your body in a straight line, and then you tilt your hips forward a little. Now you want to lift your leg about 3 feet up off the ground and then lower.

For the final exercise you want to position your top leg in front of you on the ground, and then move your bottom leg forward a little, and lift the bottom leg a couple inches off the ground and then back down again.

Diet is also incredibly important if you want to eliminate cellulite, and you should be eating a diet that is full of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as legumes, wholegrain breads and cereals, and of course plenty of water. Fiber is also very important and will help to flush the toxins and wastes out of your body. Just make sure that as you increase your fiber intake you also drink more water so that you will not become constipated or develop other bowel problems.
