The strawberry banana smoothie is an all time favorite. For it you will need 1 cup vanilla soy beverage, ½ cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup sliced banana, and 2 tablespoon sweetener of your choice.

Now you just blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth, and pour into a glass and enjoy. For best results, pour into a chilled glass.
