Haven’t Lose Weight Yet?

You have tried many diet and exercise program, but haven’t lose weight yet, so what’s wrong? If you're wondering why you haven't lost weight yet, here are some of the reasons:

Reason 1: Overeating
One of the keys to losing weight is to cut calories and fat. One of the best ways to cut calories is to eat smaller portions. Consider the fact that your stomach is about the size of your fist. So it makes more sense to eat small portions of the 'right" (healthy) foods.

Reason 2: Lack of physical activities
If you see the fad diets that claim they will help you to lose without exercise, avoid it!!! To get the effective results, you should combine a cardio workout with resistance training. Do the cardio workout 30 minute sessions that are five days weekly, and at a moderate-to-high intensity level. The resistance training could involve weightlifting, or exercises that use your body to create natural resistance.

Reason 3: Not enough sleep
You need 6-8 hours of sleep nightly. This gives our bodies a chance to rest, and our brains a chance to process all the data they received during the day. By failing to get enough sleep each night-and particularly when you're on a diet and exercise program, your body gets confused and becomes less effective in "rebooting" for the next day.

Reason 4: Stress
Stress can actually your appetites and store more fat around our tummies. That's because our bodies produce more a particular type of hormone. Take a mental "time-out" throughout the day. While at work, take 5-10 minute breaks after working for a continuous 50 minutes. Get a therapeutic massage or take yoga classes (preferably after work). Kick back and enjoy the weekends, and stop taking your work home with you! Reducing stress in your life isn't too difficult-it's just a matter of doing it!

Reason 5: Expecting overnight results
I’m not said that you can't or shouldn't lose weight quickly. It will take some time for your body to adjust to your new dieting and exercise regimen. Just remember that Rome wasn't built in a day!
